Endless Summer Recipes

Summer might be coming to an end, but we want to share a few recipes that you can enjoy all year-round, in spirit of that beachy, Happy Labs lifestyle.

 

CBD can be infused with drinks and food alike, even your morning smoothie. Try either of the beach-inspired smoothies to start your day, then try a cocktail or mocktail to end your day!


SMOOTHIES


HAPPY BEACH BLEND

1 frozen banana

½ c orange juice

1 c coconut water

1/2 c frozen mango

1/2 c frozen pineapple 

1⁄2 dropper The Happy Labs Pure CBD oil (about 15 MG)


Blend all ingredients until smooth, add more water if you’d like a thinner consistency. Feel free to add in additional types of fruit or swap out the mango or pineapple for one of you favorites. You can also toss in a handful of spinach for your daily greens. 


STRAWBERRY BANANA BLISS

1 frozen banana

1 c coconut milk

1 c frozen strawberries

1 scoop protein powder 

1⁄2 dropper The Happy Labs Pure CBD oil (about 15 MG)


Blend all ingredients until smooth, add more coconut milk if you’d like a thinner consistency. Try adding hemp protein powder to give your smoothie an extra boost or add raw cacao powder for a chocolatey version. 


COCKTAILS 


HAPPY COLADA

2 oz rum

1 c crushed ice

¼ c coconut cream 

¼ c pineapple juice 

Sliced pineapple garnish

1⁄2 dropper The Happy Labs Pure CBD oil (about 15 MG)


Stir the liquid ingredients then pour over the crushed ice. You can also mix all ingredients together with the ice for a blended colada. 


CBD ON THE BEACH 

2 oz of vodka

1 c crushed ice

2 oz orange juice

2 oz cranberry juice

1 tsp of lemon juice

1 oz peach schnapps

Orange wedges for garnish

1⁄2 dropper The Happy Labs Pure CBD oil (about 15 MG)


Mix all ingredients, stir, add the oranges, and enjoy.  


MOCKTAIL


COCONUT CBD SHIRLEY

Glass ¾ full of ice

4 oz coconut water 

4 oz lemon-lime soda 

4 tsp grenadine syrup

Splash of pineapple juice

Maraschino cherries for garnish

1⁄2 dropper The Happy Labs Pure CBD oil (about 15 MG)

 

Mix all ingredients and add extra cherries for garnish and flavor. Try adding a splash of mango or papaya fruit juice instead of pineapple.
